COVID-19 RESPONSE

COVID-19 has affected everyone and every business. COVID-19 is real and is a public health crisis. In March 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared COVID-19 a pandemic. We want you to know that the health of our employees, contractors, consultants, partners, and clients is of utmost concern to us. The Wright Organization LLC. is doing all we can to stay current with public health guidelines, follow best practices for hygiene, and exercise an abundance of caution and care in responding to this situation. We take this crisis and the health of our employees seriously.

Before the Supreme Court ruling blocking the President's COVID-19 vaccine mandates, we required all employees, consultants, and contractors on-site in our office or our client's offices to be vaccinated (excluding preapproved medical or religious exemptions) and always wear an approved mask – with no exceptions. However, we've since updated our policy to reflect the CDC recommended guidelines.

Our revised policy states:

We highly recommend that all employees, consultants, and contractors on-site in our office or our client's offices be vaccinated (excluding preapproved medical or religious exemptions), but it's not required. We do, however, require that you wear a CDC recommended facemask (N95, KN95, surgical or similar) – with no exceptions (excluding preapproved medical exemptions).

These rules and precautions are in place to protect yourself and others. We can provide a limited 15-minute rapid test under certain conditions if needed.

These rules and conditions are subject to change as the CDC updates their recommendations, the virus evolves, or our internal research on specific trends affecting our organization, consultants, contractors, and clients changes.

Please refer to both the CDC and the WHO websites for more information at:

Thanks for your understanding during this historic pandemic.
